Look for where you set the line extrusion width for perimeters,infill etc. Not sure where it is in cura since I use prusa slicer. So people who try this at different printing resolution should check the layers in the preview first to make sure the top surface closes before anything on top of it starts. It looks like your top solid infill is set to the wrong extrusion width.
